Congrats Eric. Saw the pictures in here and thought I'd jump straight in and give it a play. I think this is your best. There's obvious comparisons with Arctic Fury courses but the planting wasn't as 'in your face' and the course gave great sightlines and long views throughout. Really enjoyed the golf which was also your best so far imo. Best of luck.

This was excellent. Totally immersed from the start. Great work.
This will make some noise in the contest.

Stunning looking course here Eric! And just a hell a lot of fun too! SOme real interesting and fun hole startegies on here. Only thing I will say is as an Oregonian I haven't seen courses in this Donald Ross style, especially with the slight geometric edges. I haven't really played any that far South in the state though so maybe someone like Q would say something different at this exact location. But that's not necessarily a bad thing at all, just saying it's not a course style seen here much. Regardless this is a blast and great job representing my state!

Off the charts awesome.
Not that my opinion matters, but this is my favorite entry amongst so many other great ones.

Southern Oregon has a few made by some randos (I think one's in Florence?) that are somewhere between dye and ross bunkers. Oregon has no Golden Age golf courses whatsoever so no surprises there (Chandler Egan is not golden age, he's just not good fite me).

This is superb Eric… I was going to say there are some great hole locations… but actually you’ve turned them into great hole environments… there are a small number of courses that are on another level… you forget about the fact that you’ve laid a fairway and green down and done some planting, and it comes alive… great job… will be right up there this one!

When you published Shakopee Creek recently it got me thinking about how to focus on just the environment instead of the type of courses Oregon has. Thats why I thought I would see what a Ross look might look like in Oregon after I realized there were none! Anyway thanks again and cant wait to see what you come up with for Alabama.

Was looking forward to your reply Trailducker. Yeah when researching I couldnt find anything Ross did here but wanted to see what it may look like if he had since the environment has so much to offer. That is what i was trying to accomplish verses other type of courses that were already built. Hopefully that doesn't hurt me.

Just something I noticed but sorry I don’t want that to overshadow how beautiful of a course you made and how fun it is to play! Great job again Eric!
